Might not be in the correct section but are there any differences between a Plus centre console and a standard one?

Nope. The only differences are between the 16v and 20v

LED's on a plus consol are red in colour compaired to the usual orange.

There is no difference. The LEDs are not leds but just white bulbs and the illumination is the same.

Difference between A/C and non A/C mounts on the reverse of the console.

No difference either, just the rightside button at the botton for the aircon is a blank. It's a separate piece. All last consoles new from Fiat came with the non-aircon buttons and they're a straight swap. They also all came without the actual buttons and dials, so really even IF Fiat made some different buttons for the Plus / LE (which I've never seen), you're just going to recycle the buttons and bulbs in YOUR dashboard. There are no LED's or bulbs or anything in the actual center console, they all sit in the dashboard behind the console.
