I occasionally let my brother drive mine, usually if I'm too drunk to drive, or just to let him see what he's missing.

My friend is on my insurance. She drove us around Antwerp...wrong side of the road, poor visibility, cobbled streets, trams and very few lane markings. Needless to say we were both very stressed!
I wouldn't let anyone drive it without my supervision!

As for mine, usual suspects have been behind the wheel (Leighton, Joe, Senny Dave) As have a load of my mates ... and a load of people off here (Nigel, Jonny, Suba, ...) All a damn sight better than that relative of yours at Silverstone?!! I think that session (or tour of the gravel traps) i saw on YouTube accounts for half the stonechips on the car today

I'm very generous with my keys (and with things in general, I guess). It hasn't bit me back yet, but maybe someday it will. In general I think life is too short and possessions too fun not to share. I'm also generally too trusting, but I find life more fulfilling when you accept the good in everyone and get occasionally burned than going around with a cynical hat on.

I'm very generous with my keys. Those new shocks you have needs to be tested. Pass those keys.

I allowed my wife once...she couldn't find reverse and after forcing it broke the gear stick! My father in law also had a go but I had to stop him after only a few yards, he was reving the nuts off it while riding the clutch... So only CC joe allowed now and I know that if he broke it he would fix it

I'm with Deadlock on this - my wife drives (and has commuted in) all my cars, 20vt, TVRs, M5 etc - my mates who are into cars (and decent drivers) have driven them all too (and I've driven theirs) - cars are great, and part of the pleasure of having fun/fast ones, for me, is seeing the enjoyment/terror other people experience when driving them

I get pleasure when people enjoy driving my car... especially when they are not expecting what the coupe can do. I am careful with who I let drive it though, I must have faith in their driving abilities.

My wife is a brilliant driver (apart from scaring an Alfa salesman once on a test drive, but that's another story). Although she is perfectly happy to short change and never get into the boost. Mate drives mine with me down to France each year. Although this is partly because otherwise we have to go in his TT which I hate. I just think that life is too short to be paranoid. Apart from wondering what that noise/rattle/slightly odd thing is when we're driving these little darlings.

Not many, my son has driven it, Bockers has and Matt from the garage is all I can think of.

I once let a certain someone drive my silver LE - it needed reversing to get out from where it stood, within seconds it had collided with the front wing of a rover 214 or 216, never again!! Tut tut!
