Having this fitted tomorrow at stockport branch.

Anyone had any dealings with them, also will this add any improved performance over the fiat backbox.

Cheers

Motormech has a longlife franchise - hear only good things about them.

I went for quite a quiet longlife exhaust from Motormech. Looks good and sounds good on full boost. I also felt a slight improvement performance wise higher up the rev range, guessing that it 'breathes' a bit better than standard.

Cheers for the feedback lads.

I did consider Motormech but bit of a trek from mine midweek.

Getting it fitted at 2 tomorrow, dont know whether to go for mid sport or sport though.

I've got a mid sport system. It's quite loud. Loud enough to drum up a complaint or two from the neighbours in my apartment block laugh

It sounds glorious though and worth every penny. I had mine made at Motormech and the welds are spot on. Top quality.

Yep I agree, had one of motormechs too, great sound looks great and well built!

The slash cut looks superior IMO! wink

Nice thumb

I had the rolled cut, the slash just suits the car better I feel!

Just to be clear, I've got a cat back system so your back box won't be as loud. It'll still sound good though laugh

I've got an inward rolled 3.5 inch slash cut tip on a 2.5 inch pipe with a back box only. I can highly recommend it as a future edition to your back box.

It took 1h 20 min to do nice chaps.

Happy with the end result, would have gone the whole hog but just spent on bloody load at JBT's.

Pics could have been better but the mrs has been pissing around with the camera settings again.

Nice burble at tickover and a deep rumble.

Happy with it for a standard back box.

He asked it I want mid sport I said yes laugh
