Very pleased with how this Coupé has behaved over the past 5 years and to reach this milestone in a performance car is equally impressive. AFAIK the cylinder head has never been removed,at the last spark plug change the compressions were all at 170psi and at hot idle the oil pressure is a steady 2.5 Bar so I guess this engine is going to outlast the body (unless I've just cursed it now ).

Here's hoping it'll make it to the 200K now.

It took me a wee while till I realised what the "screwheads" were Simon but they are actually NSL road signs! . I was travelling down a dual carriageway when the last digit was just starting to turn and just managed to make it to the junction so I could pull over and take a photo.

My Coupé is only at 112k and it's had one rebuild and two replacement engines!!!

My VIS is on 152k and is going better than ever

20vt is on 120k and I'll cross my fingers when I say it's going great!

Here's to the magic 200k, not many (mike excepted) over this.

My Sprinty managed 246,000 before the rust got too annoying for me. However, I transferred the engine and a lot of the ancillaries to the new car, where it's now done another 20,000 miles.

There seem to be a lot of high mileage blue coops out there, I'm going to forget the service and get a respray instead!

Mine on 147,000 and counting

Mine's coming up to 130K but it is a 16vt and more importantly it would seem not blue.

172k today and quickly putting on the mileage now!
