Does anyone know where I can get a replacement side intercooler for my 20 v turbo.

Not interested in fitting a front mounted one.

Thanks

FCSS is developing an uprated alloy SMIC as we speak, the prototype has been made and is on test at present so give it another couple of weeks and these will be added to my traders section.

Hope this helps smile

When I know prices I'll be ask if anyone would like a group buy. As Ross has said above these smic will make a massive difference in temperatures over the standard cooler, they're perfect for the hybrid turbos hence why I've spent R&D time having them developed.

Anyway more to follow soon smile

These have been designed so that they are a direct replacement for the standard cooler, the duct funnel will need slight adaptation as the core is wider but other then that they're a perfect fit.

Figures to follow smile

Joe, are you tempted to run one of these along with a chargecooler?

I really miss my smic/chargecooler combo, it was a much nicer car to drive than with the fmic, so much less lag but with good charge temp decrease.

i think the idea jimbo is to run it without the charge cooler aswell so should be less lag in that department aswell

a chargecooler shouldn't add lag as it sits inline with the original inlet piping, unlike front mounts which have to take a different longer route

Very interested in one of these Joe.

Thanks for continuing to develop parts for our cars smile

Any chance of back to back tests with a proalloy front mout, purely to see charge temp differences between std, updated and front mount?
