How cheap could stage 2 be done for? Hybrid, fmic, fuel mod, remap, organic clutch? If my car doesn't sell then I'm gonna go this route, engine seems pretty strong for 123k. Suppose its rare that someone is selling everything you need for the right price bulk deal? Can you convert a reconditioned 360 bearing stagered seal to a hybrid with a kit to keep the cost down?

rough prices as below although as Nigel says, don't be lazy and read the guide lol, although i would probably just ask as well lol
asssuming your hybrid is in good nick then all you will need is the 60trim compressor wheel, compressor cover machined for the wheel to fit and the turbo balanced as you have the uprated seals and bearing fitted, an uprated actuator (approx £80) is optional, shouldn't be more than £300 for this, labour to be added for removal of turbo and oil change
organic clutch, again if your clutch is in good nick and you don't run silly boost which is pointless on a hybrid anyway you shouldn't need another clutch, if it isnt up to it you will be looking at least £500 fitted dependent on clutch
custom remap, see fc performance for prices, about £200 or gtec1 or 2 about £25 from grahaml on here for a generic remap
wiring mod for fuel pump, not expensive
FMIC second hand about £150 plus fitting although Joe from FCSS is doing an uprated SMIC shortly which should be sufficient for a stage 2, no prices released yet or a chargecooler, at least £150 second hand, with your standard SMIC would be fine as well
you will probably need some sort of uprated boost control as well
