It took almost 24 hours to upload, but here's 4 videos of the day;

Session 1, early in the morning, greasy track, with Fishy Dave as passenger;
Donny Session 1

Session 2, just before lunch, track drying out. This is the session with Chrissy mate in the supercharged DC2;
Donny Session 2

Session 3, just after lunch, first time out on my near slick Pirelli P Zero Competition Dry tyres;
Donny Session 3

And session 4, later on in the afternoon, with Mr Tickle as passenger;
Donny Session 4

Phew, this uploading lark is hard work smile

I reckon I need to review the way I upload from my new digital SD camcorder.

At the moment, it downloads to my pc in VLC media format (.mts). Then I converted it to mpeg2 format using the software with the camcorder.

Got to be a better way, but what? Any ideas?!?

Uploaded session 3 again, albeit a different method.

Sound works!!

So here is Session 3, just after lunch, first time out on my near slick Pirelli P Zero Competition Dry tyres. Crazylegs and another red 16vt feature smile

Donny session 3

Sessions 1,2 and 4 to follow later...

I think that was Delta Sports 16vt with the new FK coilovers. Sounds bonkers, and I believe runs around 400 horses. My 350 obviously are harder workers tongue

Right, now I've cracked the uploads. Some 5 days later grr

So to repeat my earlier post, with properly working links and vids with sound smile

It took almost 24 hours to upload, but here's 4 videos of the day;

Session 1, early in the morning, greasy track, with Fishy Dave as passenger;
Donny Session 1

Session 2, just before lunch, track drying out. I was running around 320bhp in this session with Chrissy's mate in the supercharged DC2;
Donny Session 2

Session 3, just after lunch, first time out on my near slick Pirelli P Zero Competition Dry tyres. Having a dice with the insane sounding 400 brake 16vt and later Crazylegs 20vt;
Donny Session 3

And session 4, later on in the afternoon, with Mr Tickle as passenger;
Donny Session 4

Uploads; done!

and hopefully it will go a bit better now we've sorted out the odd hiccup or two, we only finnished it the day before

apparently there was too much overlap on the cams which meant very little vaccuum for the brake servo so you had to stand on them as hard as you could to make them work.
it didn't do much for the power output either

in your vid a customer was driving, we are doing some engine work for a 750bhp monster he is building and have just finished the head, we asked him to come along just for some fun but he kept having to back off to avoid being black flagged for noise

we were more amused by

the 16vt bit was correct wink

Haha yep I've been corrected since.

Hi Hovendan,

Yes sorry about that, I've looked at the video, the car came up on boost even though I was only half throttling it and then I was only using around 6000rpm's max, power was like a switch that day, and then trying to keep the revs down for the noise control didn't leave much rev room to work with. Maybe I can came and have another play with you chaps when one of my Toad cars are finished, do a bit of testing at the same time maybe.

FWD is not my thing I'm afraid so sorry to everyone if I got in the way, Toad will be a much more controlled drive.

Regards

The Customer

P.s I was only driving for a little less than half the time that day.
