Please could someone post a link to a bhp and lb feet power curve for a standard spec coupe?

Nice results there. Does anyone have something similar for a 20vt.

Here's a RR print out from my old car...

it wasn't completely standard though as it had the following done:

- K&N Air Filter Panel
- Powerflow Cat Back Exhaust

that was RR'd at Regal Motorsport in Southampton

PS - Can't believe you've sold your moonie as well!

Get your power graphs out, ok I'll show you mine too. But not standard obviously...

Duncan, I think your old car had some issues and thereby doesn't represent a typical standard 20vt's power curve. Massive spike of overboost around 2750rpm, and a distorted max torque figure consequently. Power delivery should be more of a classical bell shape with smooth power delivery through the rev range. I'd let Flea get his hands on it yes

Good to see you still checking in on the forum still though. Happy new year to you!

Happy new year to you Dan, I still have fond memories of my coupe, a shame that I had to sell it frown .. I do ocassionally pop-in here time to time and see what the coupes are selling for these days lol

I'm pretty sure thats how a standard 20vt should perform, it should overboost to about 1.2 bar once floored (as detailed in the manual) and drop to 1.0 bar and tail off up the rev range. I admit that the graph shows overboost closer to 1.3 though

Thanks for that Duncan. Very useful.

I know, but times change!

I think the new owner is the right man for the job!
