I have a GReddy Boost Contoller in my Coupe. Will it do any harm if I put the boost down to 0.6 while around town?

No, I sometimes use base boost to warm up the engine in the morning. It's great when you turn the boost up again

It will cause no harm at all, if anything it will do your wallet a favour.
