Not my cup of tea....front or rear lights. Imo the coupe headlights are such a key design feature and shouldnt be tinkered with

what is funny is that I have seen that coop up close (in a shopping center) with some other "tuned" cars - and the maserati light at the back look the nuts..... but the front - (like many others here in switzerland) its OTT in one way or another.
dont like it (personal opinion......)

will cause havoc with the electrics in the headlight as they won't be waterproof , not my cup of tea either , why not colour code your headlights and leave the lenses off and see if you get any problems . you can always stick the lenses back on if you do .

I did ask in the other thread if the guy had done anything about 'proofing' them as I can't see he has. I don't think weatherproofing them is the issue? A polycarbonate lens could be vac formed. I know not many will like the idea of Bangles wife's (we led to believe) arse to be messed with.

personally think from the side with them standing proud they just look a bit gawky - wouldnt mind seeing a flush tinted glass or even retracts with colour coded covers
too much 'styling' on the car impo - love most other things but perhaps there are just a few too many slashes and bumps to what is otherwise a pleasant shape and perfect size for our backroads...

I think people should only have the right to own a coupe if they fully appreciate its standard or plus trim sexy looks. Then the performance be a blessing for having such great taste The extreme cosmetic modifying should be kept on corsas and saxos for people starting puberty late Dont shoot the messenger

The headlight covers are utterly brilliant and unique Skirts are fine; I have them on my VT6 but not on my Scottie. Rear spoilers are just pointless (unless they are ACTUALLY used to keep the rear end on the ground). My only argument with Coupe fashion is that I love my radio and I have resisted having a decent external aerial so far.... surely an external aerial is less offensive than the utterly useless rear wiper

Horsing around's a serious business.

If we all wanted bog standard looking cars why would anyone even bother with factory options? Personally i think the LE interior is a bit ott and my wheels look better than the standard ones. I don't see the problem with modifying any car, you paint you house a different colour and choose your clothes to express your individuality so why the hell not your car? It's not like drawing a moustache on the mona lisa!

Agreed and Jasgol even though I see your car and thought that is a lovely example of a coupe I was slightly gutted to be sat behind a near enough an identical car to mine even same year lol. So we all buy our coupes because they are unique against near enough every other road car currently on the road but with a bit of tweaking here and there to your personal taste with tasteful kits or wheels that work in harmony with the original lines I also see nothing wrong with this as it just helps yours be that little bit more unique and different in our small community, the chavwagons are a complete different game but atleast their happy and end up with a car that barely resembles a coupe ..... so everyones happy

If someone could fit the external aerial in place of the rear wiper, then it would be a great place, that wouldn't look out of sorts!! Ross
