I think the consensus is the Pro Alloy is the best you can buy. It'll be worth more if you're selling on though.

Coopless!

When i was looking i was told they were both very good, possibly a slight leaning towards pro alloy. either will work well (i believe) then you have the pace and turborevs options which are less popular i believe

With the shorter pipework for The evo intercooler wouldnt this help spool up?

When i spoke to a certain well respected member regarding FMICs, he told me that the Pro Alloy was somewhat over-engineered.

Obviously if you're going for 400-500bhp then i'm sure it's great, but for 250-380bhp (basically if you're sticking with standard internals), it's unnecessarily large and you would get better response from a smaller FMIC.

Would you be kind enough to let me have some dimensions of the core used in the Pro Alloy FMIC?

From pictures I see it has 14 rows - but how long are the tubes (core width)? How thick is the core (tube width)? What is the thickness of each tube (the smallest dimension)? And what is the overall height of the core?
Thanks

I'd guesstimate it (sorry) at a core size of 600 x 75 x 300.
