A rare winter outing today.
Gleeming in the morning sun I set out on the half mile journey to the MOT station.
I dropped it off and walked into work.
2.30pm I phoned to check if she had passed.
Bad news, the voice said ......you owe us £45.
Good news......Pass with no advisories.
and as I left passed another garage unit (window open) a mechanic stood back and said "thats clean for one of those".
Half a mile home....another mile complete

HAPPY DAYS

Brilliant

Great stuff; always an event when a Coupe gets another certificate...... mine always costs more than the fee because I have to use half a tank of petrol to pass the emissions

Eh?! Along with various other things do our beloved Coupé's have a reputation in the trade for always being dirty? Or is the garage in question where Barnacle always takes his Coupé??

Hmph. Anyone would think my car was in some way unclean.

I'll have you know it gets washed every year, whether it needs it or not.

... as do I

Well done Tim.
