The alloy handbrake cover is / was a genuine Fiat accessory for the Coupe and as has been said, they do come up for sale on here (or eBay). There's also a matching genuine Fiat gear gaiter surround too. I think Cowboy got his armrest from the German eBay site then had it retrimmed to match his tan interior. It actually looks far better (and stock) in real life than in the photo. The Stilo armrest is a common mod I've not heard about this; anymore information would be much appreciated.

There are various leather trims with coloured stitching available on ebay for the Stilo armrest...

Which one of these is the best/easiest to install on a Coupe? 147 Armest Generic Alfa Armrest Stilo armrest (Hopefully not the Stilo one, as it is pretty pricey...)

Hmm, my Stilo armrest looks exactly like the 147 armrest, in fact, it IS that armrest. Maybe the bottom mount alters slightly but I don't think so.
That Stilo armrest is an aftermarket item.

also, does the handbrake not hit it when you lift it up ? Yes it hit it but you pull up the armrest if you are going to use the handbrake ! I feel over stupid now me and a mate took a 147 down the scrap yard with black leathers and arm rest How do you secure them inside the coupe ? The 166 is for me the best choice the only difference is in the bottom - if you mount 147 armrest in fiat coupe there will be more distance betwin the end of the armrest and the gear shift (i hope you understand me) ... It will be hard for me to explain the way i mounted it without any photos so if you are interested i could try to make a "how to" guide
