Paint stripping gun to gently warm the tiger seal and slowly work them away from the bodywork.

Don't be rough, this is a gentle job as genuine plastic skirts will stretch and rip if forced off too quickly.

Have fun laugh

I took mine off during the week, they were held on by plastic pegs into the sill and the stud/washer/nut setup, no tiger seal at all. A scoosh to remove other than the seized/bent stud work

Did they change how they did it at some point?

Duffy im guessing you have a Plus?

LE skirts are bolted on to underside of sills and bonded.

Plus skirts are bolted same way, but use plastic panel clips which go into 5/6 holes along top of sills below door/wings,

Although the LE and Plus skirts look the same they are different. The LE skirts are more or less flat on inside where Plus skirts have little pegs for the plastic clips to mount on.

I had a go at removing them yesterday and failed. The bolts are all rounded.
Once i strip the car i will roll it over onto its roof and grind em off i reckon.
