1.8 Twinspark Manifold Gasket vs 2.0 20v Turbo gasket.

That's the Twinspark gasket on top of the 20v gasket.

As the spacing/ port shapes, bolt holes, etc. are all the same it seems they took the twinspark and stuck and extra cylinder on.

They're both part of or developed from the Fiat super fire range of engines so you would expect that.
