This might give you an idea how to solve the problem: clicky If it's a pdf you created yourself you might want to investigate the settings you used when saving this pdf document. Which program does the pdf originates from?

Do you have any stupidly high res pictures in your original document? These can prevent the PDF from compressing. Otherwise I suppose you could try something like this: http://docupub.com/pdfcompress/

this works pretty well http://www.primopdf.com/download the free version. then you go to print the original but select Primo as your printer. this saves the document to your PC (doesn't actually print it) and you have the same thing but a lot less kbs
