My policy is underwritten by them too and Nikki did check with them and I am covered. Anyways, I thought I mention here.

Better make them water-proof sarnies....I've just seen the forecast.
Looks like my coupes going to see rain again.
Still it might even things up a bit.

Forecast is saying it's going be cloudy but no rain, still if it does rain should make it fun laugh

Insurance with NW is either track cover or windscreen cover, one or the other, but not both

Curborough in the rain is surprisingly entertaining, but I really wouldn't want to be driving a lightweight RWD Caterham/Westfield in it - it's hard enough keeping the bloody things pointing the right way in the dry....

Still - it should give me a chance of keeping up with FishDave, Jonny and Dave_t

My last foray in the rain ended up costing me a new front wishbone, a new nose cone and a new radiator.

So I'll be going pretty carefully if it is damp!

Hmmm - seems my rain dance from many weeks ago may be about to pay off....

FishyDave and Dave_t - if it's wet, I will probably decline each of your very kind offers to have a drive in your cars - I've heard so many stories about how twitchy they can be (and of course Dave_t's nosecone/kerb interface while merely pulling onto a roundabout). I don't much fancy my chances of keeping it on the blackstuff if you admit to struggling.

I'll bring the race boots just in case, but otherwise, I'll revel in the opportunity to make a humble FWD car go faster than a RWD track weapon....

I'm not sure a 400+bhp car can be described as humble laugh

So helmets are definately not required - right ?

Enjoying Coop ownership, second time round . Also enjoying RWD action in a thundering V8 E90 M3.

He won't need much of an edge over me, JBT ... I'm still driving very carefully as I'm terrified of coming out of corners backwards! laugh

Which forecast are you looking at Paul? Met Office says heavy rain until it's time to go home frown Fingers crossed it changes, otherwise the Indy won't be on track grr

TBH, I could do with dry weather myself - I have a pair of brand new Toyo T1-Rs waiting to be fitted next week - my fronts are just about on the wear bars, so wet grip isn't exactly at its best

rain or no rain is fine with me. It's all about fun and surely you can have more of it in the rain.

I cloud9 my brakes last night when changing the brake fluid so I still got some work to do. How that bloody air managed to sneak into the system??? See you Sun!
