Another one leaves the forum! Sold my Coupe back the end of April on eBay. New owner got her roadworthy again after sitting off the road for 8 months and I see it has recently been back on eBay, hopefully to a new home that will respect it.

I took a head over heart decision to let it go following a new house purchase (ongoing) and also taking in a more reliable and pleasing daily driver now that I commute 60 miles a day, I realised I had no spare time or cash to spend on the Coupe and leaving it sat out on the driveway wasn't doing it any favours either.


Lessons learnt on the dark side, as predicted after 8 months I had grown steadily with the 20VT Seat Leon I had
purchased as a replacement for the Coupe, particularly after it cost me so much to keep going after numerous bugs to do with
crappy VW electrical systems.

I am now the proud owner of a diesel Alfa 159 saloon, and whilst it maybe more polished and dull than Alfas of past, is like the Coupe a stunning
looking and very pleasant car to own.

I make it an aim to one day have another Coupe, one day....
