Definitely some sort of anti roll bars is recommended, does make a big difference. Some people like the front and rear uprated ARB's some people like just the rear as it kills of alot of understeer. So up to you, maybe start with a rear and go from there.

I have uprated roll bars front and rear, it makes the car more crashy but it rolls very little in the corners.

Should be a nice handling set up Fitting a bar which is too stiff would effect the chassis in that a single wheel hitting a bump would also make the opostite wheel move but I'm sure Eibach did their sums when they worked out the bar thickness. As a rough guide to anti roll bars* Front: Stiffer: Will increase overall car stability (reduces roll) and shift the car’s balance toward push on understeer, thus allowing the driver to be more aggressive with the steering. The compromise can be on bumps and/or braking. A stiffer front bar will reduce compliance, so when one tire hits a bump the entire front axle will be affected through a loss of overall grip. Softer: Allows more roll and will shift the cars balance toward oversteer (or less understeer.) And the front will improve in compliance, which improves performance in brake zones and over bumps. Rear: Stiffer: As you add throttle through the corner while the steering wheel is still turned, the rear anti‐roll bar becomes very effective. Stiffening the bar supports the rear and shifts the balance to less understeer at corner exit. Again, the compromise is in compliance; a possible snap or flat oversteer may result if rear anti‐roll bar is too stiff. Softer: Allows more roll at the back of the car, which will be most evident at corner exit. If the bar is too soft, the car will exhibit exit oversteer. In this case, compared to a rear bar that is too stiff, the exit oversteer condition will be more gradual instead of a snap, hence the phrase “roll oversteer.” *taken from iRacing.com

Whiteline rear arb, 22mm or 24mm - http://www.balancemotorsport.co.uk/sitepage/Whiteline.htmlI also have a Dedra, uprated arb and i think my car handles pretty well and stays quite flat....these are less available i think, but the Eibachs are recommended too as per MCMike's car. Sounds like the wedding is going to be delayed even further

Whiteline do the rear ARB, so google them directly or probably on many websites, I.E Balance Motorsport.com
Otherwise Eibach do the front and rear kit but a little expensive and I think possibly hard to find.

The Eibach Bars are very nice and I think Steve at Alternative Autooooos sold them? People have reported trouble fitting the Whiteline bar but I believe that was the thicker of the two bars which I wouldn't fit on a road car anyway. Looks like Balance sell both makes

Cheers fellas. The whiteline rear is a lot cheaper than the Eibach's shame they don't do a front one though.

I have the very combination fitted (on a 2000 20v turbo +) you have asked about; that is to say Eibach F&R roll bars, Eibach springs, Bil B6, polyflex everything. I also have 17" with Pirelli 225 45 17 zeros. This set up is without doubt very firm but tranforms the car from a touring GT to a real sports car in every way. An added feature is that there is so much more stability under braking.
I would recommend the Eibach roll bar kit be fitted (F&R) as Eibach would have done all their calculations with exactly all of the parts fitted you have listed. Better to fit parts that you absolutely know are going to work in all manner of circumstances and are not just based on various peoples opinions?

I would imagine 'very firm' is somewhat of an understatement, albeit I'll bet it handles like a roller skate.

jup what was part of the reason why I purchased it from this firm here, as I got the exhaust from them too.
hopefully it will be this week some point, they will contact by phone.
was in Italy with my chick and son, didnt see even one coupe - no where, pants. Really pants, expected at minimal one. nito so poor.
however here in switzerland - every body are getting the coupe bling out - coupe's every where, (BUT I'm the only right hand driver) special (needs)
as for the work, theres alot to plan for, pics will be put forward once the install of the parts etc.
