Anyone know anything about them? For example, if a moron kept riding a moped down the street in the very early hours of the morning, revving it as hard as he could, would he be eligible for a vehicle ASBO or would it come under the 'noise pollution' banner?

I'm pretty sure the vehicle isn't responsible for the anti-social behaviour. Fitting it with a tag seems somehow unreasonable.

It's a tactic used to deter car cruises - car gets slapped with a section order then is taken off the user if seen doing the same thing in the same area.

Coupe now sold!

Oh don't. I get that round my way. Scrotes on scooters, or monkey bikes.

I observe some scooters and they are pretty quiet, I like that. Then there are these others that seem to have no silencers on whatsoever, and can be heard streets away.
