Mitcar 2009. About 15 coupes, i think. The people I remember most are Barmybob and the lickyls. Took some decent photos, too. here I think that was the first Mitcar I organised and we had a great turn out.

Where was it? Kings Head Laxfield Who did you meet? Ed, Frazer, Faz (Simon) + others. How long ago was it? Either 2003 / 2004 I attended in an Audi 80 V6 Quattro. First meet in a Coupé The Bluebell Inn, Hempsted Essex birthplace of Dick Turpin. Faz, Big Mike, and some fellows from Braintree area. Spring 2004

This is it And on some of C2D's photo's you can see my wine red Bravo. Those were the days when lots of peeps turned up! I was Rab_himself in those days (first coupe, lost my password, changed e-mail accounts yadda yadda yadda) Great link there Muzzie. I just had to read all through that thread. Them really was the days and that's what we need more of. Big meets at a great location where you can combine tyre kicking, shirt bonnet lifting, good driving and a social craic too. someone organize a regular Cat and Fiddle meet. 1st Sunday in every month or something. That would be cool

I met up with Taffy and Coupedave in Llandudno ASDA car park  I cant' remember what we did, just laugh a lot and look at engine bays. God it must have been in 2004? lol I met two guys once in a car park. Can't even remember who they were or where it was but we sort of looked at our cars then went the pub

Cat and fiddle August 2006 - I had a yellow 20vt taht was broken so I turned up in my Bravo HGT. T and C2D were there and Pinin and lots of others who I can't remember...
A bloke from Blackpool with a yellow Plus making big BHP rings a bell - maybe cowboy - did he have a green coupe with green pipes??
I'm sure there was a sprinty with matching rocker and pipe work too....
Think on tHE way home there was a 16vt racing with a Type R with me trying to keep them in sight.
Back in the day.....
It wasn't August it was October...... I think that was my first meet too, although I met up with some strange men first, called cowboy, coupedave, Taffy and Trev, who offered to take me to the highest levels My car was still off the road being repaired, after crashing it in the July that year.

I think mine was in 2004. We met somewhere first then convoyed to a pub near Gatwick airport? I think Fishy_Dave broke down in his Sprint Blue 20vt? Bobs was there, I can picture others but can't remember their names. Hanny? Hanny was there.People were hooning down the straight until police arrived. I think Bike Mike organised it. I think my first meet was in Windsor (2001/2), with about 6-7 cars including JohnS on his Alfa wheels. Dave G where you there? Other early meets included Begibie in "the brick" and Hanny plus Elephantine and the guy with the engine counter who kept blowing up engines..got through ther ladies too.what was his name?

My first ever meet was the second day i owned my old NA i went to the ace cafe, met nismo, said hello, how much for those plus wheels Two weeks later i brought them I then went to the blue water meet at xmass and met joe (CC), Jake, Tolga, MrCooper, Julia, Bob and a few others. I think that was my first meet also ? I was in my van with Gill. Shifty and watz her name with the yellow coupe,Jake changed her plugs and reset her door ? Yes, that was the first time we met you Joe. If you remember, Julia arrived with a straight off the press front cover of the 2009 club calendar to show us. It would have been Vickster with her yellow coupe. Yes mate,though a quick search tells me it was 2008,time flys when having fun.

Yes, that was the first time we met you Joe.

It would have been Vickster with her yellow coupe. Yes mate,though a quick search tells me it was 2008,time flys when having fun. Indeed it was late November or early December 2008 as that was when Julia had the first proofs of the 2009 calendar back fom the printers to show us.

Easy, First Coupe meet was May 9th 2004 in Cheddar. I think we had 14 Coupes plus Nigel was in the Ferrari; excellent trip out and all captured by Fishy Dave on video! Can probably find that and the photos I took of the day.

I think my first meet was around 2003 or 2004, South Mimms service station. I remember Rog was there in his sprinty 20vt. I remember my first dyno day at a PTS in Luton. JohnS turned up with Barbz in the newly finished 2.4 and nearly broke the dyno! 460bhp IIRC
