Removing lower part of rear bumper #135443

Hi could anyone tell me if it is possible to remove the lower (Black) part fo the rear bumper. How would I go about doing this? As I wish to colour code it and don't fancy painting the whole bumper.

Cheers mate, not to worry, I can probably mask up the rest of the bumper and just spray that bit. The paint is pretty good on the rest of the bumper and I don't want to risk painting the whole lot.
