Is it me or does it appear to have some pretty terrible paintwork?

L/H rear quarter panel, look at the C pillar and the obvious line on the actual quarter panel it self. also the bonnet looks to have a line running down it, fair enough if it was a trick of the light or flash, but it's in the same place from two different angles?
