Im off ill today, Hence all the posts!, Anyways - Found a pretty horrid red 20vt online, His english is rubbish, But if what he is saying is correct then the cars not long had FORGED components fitted, It appears to have a FMIC too, so IF hes not telling porky pies and has FORGED bits.... Then £995 for a fully working 20vt,
Hmm 995 would be the bargain of the centuary for a fully forged re-built 400 mile engine alone, personally I'm not buying it,
Unless he has solid proof, ie paperwork, receipts, dyno print-outs ect, I would stay well away, wouldn't hurt to view and drive it, if it's not too far, but wouldn't get your hopes up,
All im saying is, forging and re-building a 20vt engine (properly) should cost ££££, so why do it, then 400 mile later sell for £££??
Sceptical...

I d be very very sceptical why and how he has forged pistons with the engine looking like its still attached to the mounts of the car. I m no mechanic but it s a strange set up
