When i fitted my fmic i used pre-cut lengths of alloy pipe with rolled bead ends. I'm not totally happy with some of the pipe lengths and would like to shorten them but will obviously loose the rolled bead on the end. Would this cause the pipes to blow off or is a decent t-bolt hose clamp good enough to hold the hoses in place?
