If its solely on a chip then I would be surprised if its anymore than 240bhp. And if its been raped with that sketchy setup then compressions will most likely be down. If it burbles on idle then engines shot. That said could be a cheap Ferrari. Wheeler dealers made 4k buying restoring and selling one recently

Spoilers different although very appropriate wording in these circumstances. Guages have ruined the dash with those holes, and fitting pistons in situ is a no no by anyone's standards especially forged. Twin 1 inch exhausts certainly won't flow 400bhp. So if I was to pick a number I would say £700

Looks like once pride and joy but run on a shoe string, went bang (hence teh head skim) tried to home mechanic it right and it is now riddled with faults (and stupid badges, dash holes and a spoiler). You'd also hope that after fittimg some whatever pistons you'd have the car mapped / set up so you'd know if it was running 200, 300 or whatever. Maybe the vendor is under the impression that putting forge pistons in instantly doubles the power?

It does read like he thinks 'gorged' pistons = more power.
I'll report my findings later on, if only for entertainment value. Will or do you want it to break Joe ?

Gorged engine? Sounds like my car at the start of this year Thanks for help with my new engine Joe. Running very nicely. Not been on here much this year as life went a bit mental. As soon as I get a chance will be starting a project thread with a difference How much for the Ferrari badges?

Lol, there's quite a serious misfire too. No wonder, old religious leaders tend to cause this... The exhaust is another work of art, looks like a cat back single exit system with a decat, then someone's welded the other Pope on to the side and a cheap possibly halfords twin exit tip on to each side

What did the pope have to do with it? A special church project? I used to pray when I was driving mine but that's getting seriously OTT. :-) No I'm done with breaking them.
Gash badges aside the bodywork isn't bad. The badge in the centre of the steering wheel is like nothing I've ever seen before (except maybe on the Zimpara 'project' car. It looks like the fiat badge has been (roughly) cut out with a Stanley knife and then a Ferrari badge put in its place and then 'finished' by covering in glue, real craftsmanship.

The vendor is a decent bloke, not what I expected. Felt a bit sorry for him as he's been fed a lot of bull when he bought it.
