I have never been too keen on the coupe wheel, mainly because i can never find the bloody horn when i need it. I have seen boss kits for momo and omp wheels, how easy are they to fit?

Pretty easy TBH. If you can do a suspension swap out, then will be easy.

You will need to find a resistor though to stop the airbag light coming on though, and you will need some brute force to get the old wheel off.

Isn't this illegal in the UK and will fail a MOT?

Yeah, yank it as hard as you can and remember to put in a gum guard to avoid smashing your teeth out. laugh

For years I've been reading about people saying yank the steering wheel to get it off sick and yes in the beginning I used to do the same thing, but after struggling I found there's a far easier way which saves all the swearing, it's piss quick and it'll save possible injuries due to a flying wheel.

Unsure where the "how to" is on this but if someone links it I'll have a read and if it's different I'll post my own prefered method.

I only said that to see how clever James is. wink

I've always pulled mine hard towards me and from side to side and got it off easily this way. Leave the nut on and there's no chance of a steering wheel in the face.

Here you go Joe, it's in the guide for fixing the self cancelling indicators.
