I would pay Motormech a visit, that's your nearest coupe specialists In Birmingham, they will sort you out with all the bits you need to gt the car running as it should be and I believe Nigel can do work on the paint to improve the look? Or Midlands Car Servicing is in Shepshed which isn't too far away?

Welcome to the forum.
Regarding the bonnet release cable, if its already markedly stretched its best to replace it, as can be a pain if they snap.
Regarding HID kits, you get what you pay for and the cheaper kits are cheap for a reason. Don't go mad on the hue of the HID bulbs more OE looking the better as police are cracking down on these ones that are overly bright or blue, think you want to aim for 4300k
Have fun!!

To get the sig picture up you go into your profile and paste the img links above. If you want to post a picture in a post you use the "direct link" from photo bucket, not img link, and paste into the img pop tags when using the full reply. Mine started off with the 'zits' as you describe but once water gets under the lacquer it starts to peel back. I put up a post in styling showing my respray this post included how bad the peel was beforehand! Oh and welcome

Hi H R and welcome Bonnet cables are breaking ten-a-penny at this age, and are a pain to go exactly at the time you need under the hood! Have a look at this HowTo [from a useful section under the same name] and although some of the early pics are missing you should be able to prevent the usual problems. Bonnet release hassle and fix

Ok well I'm going to remove it again as its still massive.
What about resizing it in a program like paint and saving to photobucket as a smaller image, whatever it is you're doing on photobucket it's still displaying a large picture.

Nope. Its still too big 300 x 100 pixels is the maximum.
You have 200 x 150.
Just click Properties with the cursor on an image to check the size.

We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using. I even unplugged my own.
