I can go weeks without seeing another Coupe. They really are a rare sight!

same with me, and last time I was without a coupe, I saw them all the time!!

Your car and Gaz2905's plus are the only Coupes I've seen for months, think they are nearly extinct in our area

Definitely, I saw a wine red plus, a broomie, and a Scots green all in the space of an hour at the weekend.

At the last place I lived at my next door neighbour had a 16vt Scottie, and there were only 6 houses in total, two coupes to stare at every morning when I looked out of the window



There seems to be a good few around the weymouth area at the moment, but I never see any when I'm out of town. I went to Rome for 3 days in March and only saw one the whole time - guess nobody really wanted to risk driving one around those crazy streets!

I dont blame them , I saw 3 last month in Italy within a week, one in a car park outside Milan, one on the motorway and one in Maranello... Got photos of all three! I havent seen one since I got back, with the exception of the AGM, but I don't count meets as a 'spotting'.

I toured Italy six or seven years ago and saw fewer than a dozen. Oddly enough *I* was spotted by another forum member, who also happened to be passing through Sienna...

Spotted this rare 16v beast in Sicily last week. None in Napoli which is probably a good thing as every car i saw was bashed up at some point.

Since the scrapage scheme I don't see any now and I do a lot of miles each week.

A couple of years ago I would definitely see an average of 1 a week driving around, but getting much rarer now.

The average quality has gone up mind - those that are around seem to be the better looked after variety (hardly surprising given their age I suppose)

I'm seeing a lot less but I suspect more people are now using them as second cars rather than there being a massive drop off of numbers.

I have to agree, I do about 50,000 miles a year in my coupe and hardly ever see one.
And I now get spotted less and less. So the club massive must be shrinking (or getting old and going blind).

I haven't seen a Coupe on the road here in Kent for weeks; just as well I keep coming up to Shepshed for some familial love . There are always loads on your drive for me to nick bits off whilst you are covered in oil and guano under mine

I'm beginning to think that a Kentish Coupe is as rare as rocking horse doo-doo, apart from my driveway!

You have at least 1 less in Kent because that is where I got mine from.

.. just adds to the rarity of mine South of the river; loads in Essex though

Just back from a trip around some of the small Greek Ionian islands and amazingly spotted 2 coupes which is more than I've seen in ages round briz!! Thought the Greek economy was buggered how can they afford the fuel!!!

You must be out in the sticks, there's a good 20 odd coops running around Briz?!

I know Where 2 live round my way but I hardly ever see them.

Just back from a road trip to Luxemburg also going to germany france and belgium and i did not see a single coupe anywhere!!!!!
