Seems pretty conclusive to me.

Of course, those of us with a taste for the more subtle, finer things in life, tend to drive a VT6....

20VT was the original and best.
Less plastic = less weight/ less drag/ less rust.
No fault prone starter button.
Stronger gearbox.
Tasteful interior.

Given the choice if you were given a free car from the local dealer would you choose the cheapest or most expensive.

Conclusive ,the LE is the top of the range and the best. laugh

I love them all but you lot need to respect the guys that took the road less travelled and got the better model thumb

Hmmmm!!!......a Broom Plus with an LE interior??

Now, that definitely looks wrong. What are you trying to tell us?

There is never any justification for an LE interior? Unless you are 3...

John, now we've identified why you are attracted to the LE, I'm relieved.

My concern was that you felt an affinity with Michael, patron saint of babysitters....

Dan, LMAO, when I saw that, good likeness to an LE's front seat, glad to see they're conditioning future generations to like thrilling rides. Now, remind me, which interior combo did the Mighty Lambo Aventador have ? Now was it plain black with red stitching........? No, chinny Oh yes! Red and black leather, just like an LE tongue

All I know is that Aston would never be so crass as to opt for an LE interior. Performance with class, I come back to my original GC analogy smile

And how many times will the LE get bashed before everyone gets bored, it is a sad day too that individuality can not be appriciated. We like it, thats why we chose them. Why does everybody hate the interior SO much, you guys don't have to live with them. Just let it go wink
Sorry to be so dull, I'm just bored with the abuse.

In actual fact this just proves the VT6 is the best.
Like the Plus, but without the front spoiler.
Or skirt.

Pretty much agree with that and I have neither a Plus nor LE.

I would love a couple of each, as well as my basic 20vt of course laugh

They both have their pros and cons, such as, I much prefer the comfort and style of the LE seats over the Plus seats, but then I much prefer the silver Plus dials over the black dials.
I also prefer the Plus starter button over the the LE's, but I prefer some of the LE's Titanium bits, over the Plus's standard bits, etc, etc.

It's all down to personal choice and I also get fed up with hearing which one is 'better', even if it is just banter.

Hey, I dig the LE interior - on the right car. At the end of the day, all of the coops vary - even identical models. One cars 'personality' will work with it's livery, while another's wouldn't. I think it just goes to refect how individual they are. To this day, one of the coolest coops I've seen was a regular, steel grey 20VT.
I have a plus interior in my VT6, which I think suits it beautifully. At the same time I really dig a chrono grey LE or moonie plus - and then there's Per's car, which looks utterly fantastic.
To cut a long story short(er) they all look the t*ts. Horses for courses and all that. Whichever model you're lucky enough to own, you still have one of the coolest, most individual cars on the road.
Bravo to you - discerning coop pilot!

If your into 80's motel chic then the LE is the one to go for, plus's have better seats but also have those terrible after thought side skirts, so as ActionHank says, the only real choice is a 6! laugh

Have a word Rk.

The Aston is widely known for being one of the most unreliable cars in sports car production.
Not to mention the Ford interior should never be compared to the Italian.

The db9 I drove last year had the worst tanarrhea interior I had ever seen.even the dash was the same colour sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick

Although the styling is second to none of both the inside and outside of the Aston it certainly lacked the LE seats to add a touch of exquisite class.

The Lamborghini shows that the LE interior even to this day remains the choice of the more "fun"owner.
Cotton and tweed will never be for me. laugh

You call it abuse, I call it banter. There aren't enough 16Vs around, so we have to look elsewhere.... besides I seem to recall it's the LE boys who think it's a cut above the rest? smile

@JBT when I was your age I wasn't into cotton and tweed and never thought I would be. Just wait, young man... tongue

@jasgol Plus love LE rofl

I pretty much agree with Theresa. I like them both, the LE and the Plus. I don't see one beating the other in ALL items.

Besides, why should one take personal preferences to this extent? Either you have one or the other... They're both Fiat Coupes and that's what unites us, right? beer

Also, why bring super sport cars to this "domestic" discussion? I don't think that'll give it extra points. wink For me, Coupes' inner and outer features speak (and are worth) for themselves.

One thing is for sure: if my kids tried that coin operated machine, maybe they could take sides. Not me!

Cheers to all! thumb

Now listen, all this bullsh*t going down about plus this and LE that is starting to grind me down, I don't wanna hear it no more, it's all frikkin nonsense, if Pauly wants to drive around in something that looks like a tarts bedroom, well that's his choice, he's got his own style and it's better to have bad taste than no taste right?
Me personally, I prefer the Plus. Now can we put this f***n thing to bed and move on to the important issues…I mean who the hell wants to be seen in a 16v?
