There are currently 8 coupes for sale on PH, and I was surprised to see the prices appear to be heading back up. I know people don't often sell or buy cars this time of year, but thought it interesting to summarise the cars for sale, some of their details and prices. The summary doesn't take into account service history, MOT'd SORN'd or level of detail pictures in the advert etc.

It is not surprising that generally they are priced in relation to their mileage.

Model Year Price Miles Colour Modified
20VT 1997 £1300 120000 Sprint Blue Zender Kit
20VT 1997 £3995 66000 Portofino Turbo, Exhaust, Wheels, 275bhp
20VT 1998 £3650 92000 Winner / Mical Red Headunit & Exhaust
20VT 1997 £2000 70000 Portofino No
20VT 1997 £1600 141000 Ink Black Wheels, Strut Brace, Coilovers, Exhaust, K&N Panel, DV006, GTEC1, Boost Gauge, Plus Grille
20VT 1997 £8995 32900 Sprint Blue No
20VT6 2000 £2395 147000 Electric Blue Exhaust
20VT 1998 £2490 97000 Portofino No
Average £3303
Average without £9k £2490

I thought I'd show an average the £8,995 Coupe since it skews the results somewhat, which leaves an average price of £2490.

Not too shabby!

I think there's a low mileage porto on e bay too for 9k, maybe the 'future classic' has become a classic!

Horsing around's a serious business.

Well, it's the first year I've insured mine as a classic...

If you list the Coupes being broken on ebay, sadly it totals much more than 8!!

Sad and undoubtedly true.

Mine was insured as a classic last year but this year Adrian Flux gave a better quote.
