Given how rare it is to get a Coupe in Australia I am in an interesting position. I have the option to buy a 20VT, but if I do I'd have to sell the 16VT. What would you do?
The 20VT is a standard 1998 Ink black 5 speed with tan leather, sunroof and A/C. UK import in 2008. It's done only 42k miles and appears to be in very tidy cond overall. Under the bonnet looks immaculate, it drives very well but has no service history at all and only a red key.
My 16vt is a 1995 met black, 120k miles with full history, cloth seats, A/C, no sunroof, NZ import so no rust issues. general high mileage wear, paint is average, It's got a dink chip, Evo 6 FMIC, plus wheels, Konis, Eibachs. Ive had the engine out, new bearings, seals, clutch, cambelt, wp etc etc. It runs sweet, no problems at all and I just rebuilt the gearbox.
Long term I'm more interested in a track car than a daily driver. The 20VT is by far the better daily driver IMO. But the 16VT maybe the better track car. It has no sunroof and is much easier to work on. It's also the devil I know, I've got lots of spares and I'm happy with it.

And there's definitely no way of getting both into you possession? If not, I too would stick with the 16
