I am tempted at that price, or would I be better off with Bilstein B6 and Eibach springs?

They only list 16v coupes?
No sure about K-Sport as they list Coupes from 94-01 maybe give them a ring but Apex RDX for 16VT will fit a 20VT.

Cheap coilovers are cheap coilovers so don't expect great things from them. I'd sooner go for the Billy/Eibach combo and have a nice handling car than a pogo stick that will bounce you down the road.
