It disappeared for 4 years between 2004 and 2008 and the MOT's only start in 2008. That said, it might just have been on SORN.

Belts as Dan has mentioned will need changing, and the owner isn't new to Coupes as his ebay members picture shows what looks to be another LE but in red. www.facebook.com/fiatcoupes

Maybe the Vinci Grey matches/contrasts best with the randomly mismatched paint. Only thing I don't get, is why make the wheels almost match the other "randomly mismatched" paint?
