I won't do another day with javelin after their attitude at Bedford autodrome a few weeks ago.

With a good suspension set up it the Coupe it should be ok.

i thoroughly enjoyed this track last year, would like to do it again, but not this year. hotels, fuel and tracktime made it an expensive weekend.

(without looking at the link) if you do the international track has got the 2 long straights with the wide hairpin, just be carefull on the entry (its got some adverese camber )

The long back section would be good for the coupe, you will should get up over 100, but you will be hard on the brakes!

Went over noise limit by 1 db in a second session. Bedford marshals fine with adding second silencer to the exhaust and then Re-testing static and going back out.

Javelin staff not interested, and were rude from the outset....really spoilt the day. Several other drivers had issues with them, not just for noise, I.e. spin in difficult conditions and day over.

That's not good to hear. It sounds like they were being unreasonable. Had they had a lot of issues up to that point?

My experience of Javelin is that they run one of the better track days ... certainly better than Focussed Events, who seem to put an awful lot of cars on a day, so that queues get quite big.

Love the Anglesey circuit. Remember an eventful day in my old Porto with T, where I broke down en route home, somewhere in the middle of Wales, before eventually being recovered to FCSS, then borrowing the FCSS courtesy Pug, and when getting home around 4am, realising I'd left my keys in the coop. So I curled up in the back of the Pug like a cat! Bl@@dy cold end to that day!!

Not that I know of...seemed like they knew what they were doing, just a little heavy handed.

I'm very interested in this too. Being sourcing bits for the coup for a few weeks now to get it trackday ready.

I have done several trackdays but this will be the first in the coupe.
