Got myself a nice underseat sub, and thought I might install it... under the passenger seat. I'll be running power from the battery. Is there an obvious grounding point, or will I just need to scrape some paint off under the carpet and and screw to the floor (or seat runner?).

Why not remove a seat bolt and fit a big round spade connector to the -ve and then replace the bold through the round spade?
