wing is nackered scratches on the front bumper light cover and bonnet all on video so no saying "its not my fault"

Like you say, at least it's all recorded so the insurance company can't argue. I quite like the idea of these in car cameras, there no hiding behind a lie when it comes to who's to blame in an accident.

your mate was already stopped and in reverse with the corsa still driving forward and up the bank.

i'd say its a pretty clear cut case...

We had an idiot in a Sierra Cosworth pull that exact same manouver many years ago just outside Letham, Angus, thankfully he barely missed us and just ended up stuck on the verge. If he'd actually caused any damage to the 'tina we had at the time, i'm quite sure he would have suffered some facial trauma in the crash. punch
