I have picked up a set of 20VT wheels in anthracite and shod them in Toyo R1-Rs

This lets me get my Plus wheels refurbished, a local company with an excellent reputation is charging £45 a wheel, I have seen their work JP Polishing and its great.
The question is this:

What colour do I go for: (Has to match my Sprint blue Coupe)
I can't decide whether to go for a gloss silver, anthracite or gloss black, if anyone can post some photos that would be great.

Thanks

mick

My two pennies worth....

...either anthracite or matt black on a sprinty....

Why dont you trial spray them first to get an idea...they will be stripped back anyway....

High gloss silver with extra metal flake in it. IMO silver is best on a sprinty.

Black if lowered, anthracite if not. Otherwise aesthetically with black wheels I think it makes the coupe look a bit high.

I've yet to have my Plus wheels powdercoated, I am thinking anthracite wheels on a silver coop.

Silver or original. Loads of people will disagree but I don't like black wheels on a Sprinty (sorry T). I have some seriously blingy silver rims on my Sprinty. As you have Plus rims I would go for original - these wheels are the best for a Coupe IMHO.

I know some times I do think I've got to many but I've got a big drive and garage so it's not a problem.

Personally, I love my black wheels on my Sprinty and yes, it's lowered 40mm laugh

Each to their own though and agree that not everyone thinks it suits the colour (I don't mind if you don't like it Tim laugh ).

When we went to the Spa circuit, MCMike was kind enough to let me use his spare set of LE wheels and tyres, for the track, which I also thought suited the Sprinty.

Anything besides the standard silver looks good imo. I hate the standard silver wheels on a Sprinty frown

Well I have the second set of Rims on the car at the moment, standard 20VT wheels but in anthracite and I think the colour suits the car better.
I have to make a decision by Tuesday so may go for Gloss black plus wheels.

I like those wheels iwantcandy, what are they?
I had white wheels on my motorbike and they were a mare to keep clean, with my XP8 pads, I think not smile
