I'm glad to say that I have rejoined the coupe world again. Owned a 20VT a few years ago and had a disappointing end. I have owned an WRX, RX8, Audi A3 diesel and decided to go back for the coupe.
Most of you will know the coupe I have bought as I was the winning bidder to Patch234's old red plus on eBay last week.
I've just taken delivery and she's sitting proudly on my drive.
She'll continue to get the TLC that she has been accustomed to over the years. Needless to say the drive home tonight was a pleasure and my 11 year old son was more excited than me I think when we picked her up.
I'll be having a good few days of tinkering over the next week and get them old polishing rags out.

Anyway hope to be more involved this time and take good care of her.
I'll put some pictures on from my previous coupe as well.

I'll get some pictures of my old coupe uploaded, she looked good but unfortunately she got poorly, I was gutted at the time. This one will get well looked after. Hope to be an active member this time around.

On another note, I assisted my work friend DaveLR in buying his limited edition number 005 a few years ago. Would have bought that one from him but circumstances at the time weren't right.

I gave £2545. Fair enough price in my book, definitely worth the money especially considering the work that has already been done. I'm going to get the rear arches sorted soon as well and the couple of parking dents. Nothing too big really. I think the air on needs looking at as well as the motor doesn't spin. Maybe a loose connection. Also I'll sort the small rip on the seat. Easy jobs I think to get her looking even better.

That was a bargain RLT, I spent over that on re-furbing it - after the purchase price!!! The underneath, mechanical side of things, will last forever, mostly all replaced! It was undersealed also!!

What you listed was all that needed doing after the mechanical overhaul - but I sold it on due to working abroad..
