Can anyone recommend suitable parking in London on Sunday? We are looking to go to the London Aquarium, London Eye, South Bank and then elsewhere around and about, so parking near Waterloo would be ideal. I have heard you can park on Waterloo bridge on a Sunday, does anyone know if this is correct? Any advice, greatfully received Thanks y'all Jimmy

Yes, you can park on the bridge (not sure if both sides, I think only on the South bound side), it gets pretty full though
Otherwise, the Cut works or other spots around the Old Vic
Just check the signs

Old deer car park in richmond, then 10 mins on the train to Waterloo. It's 8 quid for parking for the day.

Old deer car park in richmond, then 10 mins on the train to Waterloo. It's 8 quid for parking for the day. It was all about avoiding the tube and train Si We found a car park, about 1 min walk from the London Eye, and it cost £16 for 8 hours - bargain if you ask me

I know the one you mean, but thought it would cost a lot more than that..... I hate driving in any further than Hammersmith.

There's an NCP car park in the grounds of the Southbank Centre. I normally just park on the double yellows just as you turn off Belvedere Road into the Southbank Centre. They never issue tickets there as it's part of the SBC grounds I suppose. And it's free of course at any time.

There's a great little parking space directly opposite Waterloo Station. Its only a single spot between the pedestrian crossing and bus-stop markings so is quite often free. Love that spot.
