I came home today to see that the local street sweeper had done a wonderful job of cleaning the road.So wonderful in fact he didn't even notice the fact he'd hit my wing mirror...knob!No doubt when I call the council tomorrow all blame shall be profusely denied. rolleyes

After this I then gave my mum a lift to the local B&Q.Where upon returning to the car I noticed the front O/S tyre pretty much deflated.Check it...puncture....yay.... cry I put new ones on the front in Nov last year only to have a screw go through the shoulder of the same tyre after 3 weeks...
So I got out the 12v auto inflator....which died and now seems to be knackered... grr Luckily at 2.2 bar.So enough to let me drive the 10 minutes back home.

After all the expense, time, labour and love that's gone into the car over the last two years, especially this last year with all the restorative work with Joe and the tuning upgrades with Leighton.I think I'm on the edge of giving up.Simply because of the cost of what's left to do (coilovers, clutch and brakes) and the recent lack of work bringing things to a halt.
So all in all,a good day from start to finish topped off with constant thoughts of what's the best way ahead.

What a difference a day makes hey!

I really can't decide. crazy

Nope, although I have decided to declare her as SORN when the tax runs out on the 30th.
It will give me a chance to not worry about things for a while and try and get back on track in 6-8 weeks time.

Just hoping that when I do re-tax and sort out new coilovers/corner weighted setup and new tyres that I'll be feeling the love again.
