Im currently putting one on a 16vt and JTM has one on his 16vt. The stock manifold from the evo 6 is almost bolt on. On the 20vt you are looking at a custom manifold and i would think that the twinscroll feature of this turbo goes out the window (wich is one of the reasons im going to use it) Personally i would sell the td05 ang buy a gt28rs/rsr or a gt2871 depending on how much power your after..
But... If you want to go td05. More power to you

The heads between all the Evos and the Lampredi is very simmilar, you only need to match up boltholes and some minor portmaching. Spoke with Gillan who says a 5mm spacer will do, i will be using a flange for diy header wich is about 1/2 inch for smooth portmatching/transistion. As i recall all headers/turbos from the Evo4 to the Evo8 is the same, with a bit bigger hotside (10,5) from the 6 up.. They are twinnscroll design so good early boost:)

I use a MHI turbo. TD04HL-19T. The dealer cut the old flange and welded on a T25 so I could install the turbo on the exhaust manifold. Works really well.
