Can I join in on this?

I weighed myself at the beginning of June and realised I had put on nearly a stone in weight. A friend also picked up on this and said I was getting a bit of a belly, so decided to do something about it. I've dug the bike out the garage and started riding 3 - 4 times a week doing 30+ miles over the week on my MTB.

So, my starting weight on 1st June was 12st 7, currently at 12st 3. Goal? Well, anything under 11st 7 would be good.

Couple of lbs off for me. 13st12 (well 13st11 & 3/4 but who's counting )

Around 200km cycled last week, still working on the silly tan

Have added you Begbie, thanks and well done on your loss so far

The weather has let me down the last couple of days

Maybe the odd lightening strike will help

Gained 1lb because of being away for work for a couple of days and eating crap over the weekend without any cycling

Last Friday I jumped on the scales and tipped in at a mighty 13 stone 12. I usually seem to hover round 13 to 13 3, and the weight above is the second heaviest I've ever been

Probably that 13 12 was one of the "unusually heavy days" as after five days of diet I'm showing 13 8. However, I'm going to take it as (i) thats what the scales said after me avoiding them since the start of the year and (ii) the initial loss makes me feel good.

Target weight is whatever I can get to by 28 Sept. I'm hoping for 12 and a half stone.
