need 4 tyres i drive round town most of the time .... i have tr1's but they seem to be to soft and dont last long ... living in Manchester they need to be goodish in the wet my coupe is chipped so no 205's as i will strip them quite quickly so its 225 any recommendations

What's your definition of "not long"?

My T1-Rs used to last 10k - 12k on the front and 18k - 20k on the rear

I had a set of Goodyear Eagle F1's on my old 16vt and they lasted 30-35k miles and then quite a while with the next owner.

They were also great in the wet. smile
