So, to me, it looks like it's Moony, not silver (but an easy error for the uninitiated), it has unusual but vaguely-similar wheels, it has Plus dials but nothing else Plus-related....and it's VERY cheap!

Those are standard wheels and dials for a late 20v non turbo.

On some of the last ones off the production line they were sticking in whatever parts they had left, so there were a few odd, non-standard combinations.
