Nah it's only a one bed flat, I can get a five bed house for that.

2 pictures of bathroom but none of living room or bedroom - odd!

History, hmm...haunted?

I imagine if you were interested you'd face some stiff competition.

Grim. Maybe it's a police trap to "flush" out other mass murderers?

Wouldn't bother me, except I have no desire to live in a pokey flat in London.

If people left spirits behind when violently killed, then the fields of Northern France should be packed with ghoulies. But they're not, because it's utter nonsense.

That's what I used to think until I witnessed it for myself and my ex partner lived in a house that was haunted.

What's the problem? If it was Mariah Carey's house I'd understand; her cover version was far worse than the original.

I spent 8 years in a house with a rather unpleasant history, was just a house.

A different discussion perhaps - and I'm not seeking to rubbish your own experience - but subjectively feeling what you interpret as paranormal activity is not necessarily the same as it objectively existing.

We let a 'murder house' once. Husband stabbed his wife, or vice versa, I can't recall.

I was always amazed at the amount of people who would be genuinely put off, even though it had been completely refurbished by the new owner and was well below market value.

I doesn't bother me, I should imagine most people live in blissful ignorance of the previous history of their house!

In 1982 myself and four friends were renting a house in Muswell hill. Two of them were out one night waiting to get on the pool table. Two men were already playing and were making small talk with them and then asked them if they wanted to play doubles, they declined.
Two weeks lated Dennis Nilsens face was all over the paper and my mate said,'that's the bloke that was playing pool in the pub the other night, I thought he was a bit odd' crazy
