Top work. What did you have to do to get them to fit?

We made all the brackets and disk hats as shown in the picture and I am running 18" wheels.

Willwood do a rear disc caliper with a cable hand brake option already so the bracket just needed fabricating I guess

I removed the hand brake completely and replaced it with a bag of cement and a piece of rope attached to the tow hitch smile No more hand brake freeze ups.

Jokes aside, did remove the handbrake and fitted a rear brake lock out solenoid valve with a brake pedal protection circuit to avoid accidental activation.

Is that legal? It would not be here. You need a mechanical emergency brake.

A lot of new cars have electronic handbrakes, I'm sure they will be on sale in Australia too.

I am based in South Africa and no problem here with electronic handbrakes.

Anything OE is fine. The point is to have an independent emergency brake should the service brakes fail.

Sorry about the delay in following up on this thread, but here are some pictures of the fully assembled kit.

In the third picture you can see that the wheel spacers are fitted to accommodate the 18" Dimag wheels.

Time for a group buy laugh

Have you done any calcs/testing? I don't like the look of the rear adapters, particularly the 'tabs' where they bolt to the arm. Needs a much better radius than the 90° you have IMHO.

The rear ones are fine, the cnc shop that made them for me have been making these for a while and they have had no issues.

But you did miss the bridge bolt sleeve that is missing on the 6 pot caliper, now that could be a problem wink

Not sure how I would have seen a missing bridge bolt sleeve on an assembled caliper? Or do you mean the missing pad pin?

Either way I'm not trying to have a go. I just feel it necessary to point out what I consider to be a poorly designed, safety critical part.

Well I'm not. I've far better things to be doing unless I was genuinely concerned that you could seriously injure people.

Anyway, I've said my bit. Best of luck.
