Hi all
Finally got around to Fitting my 22mm arb and all has gone very well

Whilst fitting it the guy who ownes the lockup next to me arrived so i gave him my old Whishbones from last year ( old scrap metal collector) so he said to me " ive been given a rear aluminium spoiler do you want it"

now i here most of you now saying give it back

but i had some days off so accepted it and had a play around with paint etc so here it is.


The problem iv`e got is i think i like it should i get a back up boot to put it back to origonal in time to come if i fit this or should i sell it.

you can start your own business with that

Probably make a great spoiler for a track day coupe?

There is a reason why it was on his scrap van. :-)

Looks really nice but really doesn't suit the car without other track car bits. I've seen several track coupe with similar spoilers and they look great but it really has to be part of a complete look, graphics, roll cage etc.

Following cars with a rear spoiler on the bicycle is great. They cut a van sized hole in the air, but you can still see past them. Go for it

if you like it then put it on the car , you did a top job on the spray work as it looks realy good but i would buy a spare boot just incase to start to hate it .

I initially read that as:

This is a wind-up, right?

No I think it's a fixed spoiler, it doesn't wind up or down

It's definitely not a wind up one tried my best to get a wind up one though but all sold out
The only thing that will wind up will be the medieval catapult I have to launch it . (If I don't use it of cause) at local scooby drivers.

looks nice BUT don't - Ive thought about a spoiler for ages and in this case chap the name gives itself adequately to the overall out come - spoiled.

UNLESS you get another boot lid and use that for track days . four bolts and off - nice idea
