Hi folks I've been offered a broom yellow 20v turbo, 69k,same owner since 99 and 1 previous.... hasn't ran/been on the road since 2006, only wants £200 for it, what you guys think?

Yes - I've paid more the £200 for brake pads, gotta be worth a punt.

Meant to be collecting it tommorow,il get pics up and start a thread,,, needs tyres/brakes/cambelt/exhaust and probably all new fuel/brake lines,and that's just what I noticed straight off!

Been and paid for it,collecting tommorow as I don't fancy loading the car onto my van in the dark, 1 previous owner and 3 keys/2 fobs and mileage is correct at 69k,so a good start,looking through receipts it's had brake pipes for its last mot,so one less thing needed.I'll get it on my mates ramp and compile a list (hope it's not rotten!!) Pics asap

Yeah 6 years, I'll put a little down the bores and turn her over by hand first, then crank her just on the starter, i.e no fuel/spark..

Close, Reading just passed the big Tescos, by the canal,the tip next door, that looks like a scrap yard (prob why you thought bypass!)
It's going on my mates ramp next week, hopefully its not rotten
