Couldn't say for sure but probably junk, most of the cheap ebay ones fall apart.

Well it's made with thick enough tube, but as above, you couldn't say for sure without buying it, examining it and using it.

I won't bother just go for,a,standard one with the 5 branch cut on the flang and port it as we all know there good for 500+ bhp
